We're looking for experienced construction professionals who are passionate about helping others succeed.
As a RenderCo Strategic Architect, you'll facilitate and lead cohort sessions where construction business owners come to solve real problems, build accountability, and scale their businesses. You'll be the facilitator, guide, and strategic partner for owners at different stages of their journey.
Your role is to:
Work with a network of construction business owners who are serious about growth. You'll build relationships with peers who share your passion for helping others succeed.
Facilitate cohorts on your terms. Work with multiple tables, build your own schedule, and scale your impact as RenderCo grows.
Earn based on your impact. As a strategic architect on the RenderCo team, you'll benefit from our growth and the success of the owners you help.
Put your 10+ years of construction experience to work. Help owners avoid the mistakes you've learned from and accelerate their growth.

That depends on how many cohorts you want to facilitate. Each monthly 90-minute session takes about 2 hours of your time (including prep). You can start with one table and scale from there. Many RSAs balance this with other work or their own business.
Not necessarily. If you have 10+ years of construction experience and strong communication skills, we can help you develop your facilitation approach. We provide training and support to help you succeed as an RSA.
We'll discuss compensation during the application process. It's based on the number of cohorts you facilitate and the impact you create. We believe in paying RSAs competitively because your success directly contributes to our owners' success.
Yes! Many RSAs start with one table and expand to multiple cohorts as they grow comfortable with the role. You can scale your impact and income as you see fit.
