Everything you need to know about our programs, pricing, and process.
It depends on your stage. If you're newer or know your foundation isn't fully there, start with Foundations Cohort. If you've built something real and want to scale with peers at your level, Owner's Table is your fit. If you want your RSA's direct eyes on your business every month (plus a cohort), Builder Track gives you both. Not sure? Start with your application and we'll help you find the right match.
Yes. Many owners start in Foundations and graduate into Owner's Table or add Builder Track as their business grows. Your RSA will help you recognize when it's time to move, and transitions happen naturally at the end of a commitment cycle.
Owner's Table is a group cohort — you're matched with peers at your revenue stage for monthly 90-minute sessions. Builder Track adds two 60-minute 1:1 sessions per month with your RSA on top of your cohort. Think of it as cohort + direct advisory.
The Selection Committee evaluates your business revenue, stage of growth, team size, and the complexity of challenges you're facing. Owners with lower revenue and earlier-stage businesses typically invest at the lower end, while established businesses with higher revenue and greater complexity invest at the higher end.
Tiering ensures peer alignment. You're matched with owners at your exact revenue and business stage, so conversations are relevant and insights are directly applicable. An owner with $500K revenue faces different problems than one with $10M revenue — the tier system ensures you're in the right room.
Your monthly investment covers live virtual sessions, access to the cohort community, email support between meetings, and RSA mentorship. The specific deliverables vary by program — Foundations includes group sessions, Owner's Table includes peer tables and quarterly intensives, and Builder Track adds 1:1 advisory.
Yes. We offer a 90-day participation-based guarantee. If you actively engage for 90 days and determine the program isn't the right fit, we'll work with you on next steps. This is about finding the right match, not locking you in.
All cohort and Builder Track sessions are Live Virtual — no travel required. You show up from wherever you operate. Advisory & Consulting engagements can be live virtual or on-site, scoped to the engagement.
Foundations and Owner's Table are 12-month commitments with monthly sessions. Builder Track is a 6-month commitment with two 60-minute 1:1 sessions per month plus your cohort. Advisory is project-based with flexible scheduling.
All sessions are facilitated by a RenderCo Strategic Architect (RSA) — a builder, operator, or senior leader who's been in your seat and certified to deliver RenderCo's playbook. They work in three pillars: Clarity, Structure, and Strategy. They bring real construction experience, not theory.
RSAs don't just advise — they design and build. They work in three pillars: Clarity (naming the real problem), Structure (installing systems), and Strategy (connecting to long-term goals). They're builders and operators first, coaches second.
Yes. We're building our RSA bench deliberately. We're looking for experienced construction owner-operators, former executives, or senior coaches with 10+ years in the industry and a track record that speaks for itself. Visit our RSA page to learn more.
