Every RenderCo program is delivered by either Tim Winter or a certified RSA. RSAs deliver the same playbook, frameworks, and standards across every engagement. Tim serves as the senior backstop—you always have access to escalation if you need it.

Yes. Every RenderCo program—Foundations Cohort, Owner's Table Cohort, Builder Track, and Advisory & Consulting—is facilitated or led by an RSA. RSAs are central to our model.
We match you with an RSA based on your business stage, challenges, and personality fit. In some cases, you may have preferences, and we'll do our best to honor them. The goal is the best possible match for your success.
We take the RSA-client match seriously. If for any reason the fit isn't working, we'll work to find a better match. Your success depends on a strong relationship with your RSA.
RSAs are active in the construction industry. Many still run their own businesses or consult. They attend industry events, stay connected with peers, and continuously learn. This keeps their insights fresh and relevant.
Every RSA goes through comprehensive training on our methodology, frameworks, and facilitation approach. We ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with RenderCo's mission. Training is ongoing—we invest in our RSAs' development.
RSAs measure success by client outcomes: Do owners gain clarity? Do they implement systems? Do they scale? Do they feel supported? We track client satisfaction, progress, and results. RSAs are incentivized by impact, not just activity.
